That has to do with your regular email address provider and what email client you use to access your email. I would suggest whitelisting the email address your using as your website email so that it won't go to the junk folder.

How can I check my junk mail folder?

Thanks guys,
I still can't get access to my junk folder in order to whitelist the sender though. Any info on how to access the junk folder?
Matthew@gypsyjazzworld.com which then gets forwarded to mazmonsters@hotmail.com
I have spoken with several different people who have said they sent emails to the gypsy jazz email but I've never gotten them. While I have received other emails from the gypsy jazz email. I cannot access the junk folder from the gypsy jazz email account.
Because you have this set up as an auto-forward, the junk mail folder resides at hotmail. There is no mail being retained at your site email, it is immediately forwarded to your hotmail account. Therefore, you use Hotmail to whitelist and manage your junk email.
Think of it this way, there is no email box at the gypsyjazzzworld domain - the email is just forwarded to your other email address, which is where you manage all the settings.
Thanks for the clarification. I must have accidentally deleted any of those junk emails because I can't find them.
Whoever sponsors your e-mail should be able to help with this. Site support may be able to fish them out!
