Just from what I've done before Youtube or Vimeo would probably be your best bets. Having it on one of these sites allows people to find the video through searches on either respective site as well as the search engines. People will also have the ability to share your video easily if they find it on Youtube, and you could include a link back to your website in the video or description. You can still have it play directly on the page itself when using Youtube. I'm using Youtube as an example because this is just what I've done before. I hope this helps!

There definitely is. I use YouTube and then embed the video with the WordPress JW player plugin. To be sure you don't have a limit on the length of your video, I'd advise you to "verify" your YouTube account. This lifts the "15 minute length" limit from your account. I decided to record walkthroughs to help people understand the many airline websites better.

Oh another thing I realized is where on our site where we add media, we can directly add URL. Since I have youTube Channel, I can directly upload videos to YouTube and then post URL on my site and video will appear on my site and give option to people to visit my channel on youtube as well.

I know when i edit my profile i can edit name and other info but next to username, i don't see edit so i was wonder if that can be changed.
Hi. Go into Account Settings on the bottom left of your screen and you can change it but you can only change your username once so ensure you make a change you want to stick with.
oh i think i changed it once in the past, but i can't remember so probably that's why i can't change it now. Well thanks anyways :)

I was creating a new blog, but i needed to check something out and accidentlly exited it so i was just wondering if there was way to recover it since i wrote like big paragraph.
should be, check on draft, opend like if you are gona make another blog and on top youll see draft.
If you are talking about post on a website, go to dashboard, all post and youll see if the draf its there
