Kyle has taught in the trainings to create the themes for the site but I don't understand why he did that with pages instead of posts under categories...
Please clarify..
Its personal choice.. A page tends to be static and wont appear in your RSS feed... Posts will appear in RSS feeds but they will eventually be pushed off the page as you publish more content...
That makes sense... But why is he defining the categories/top menu with pages like: REVIEWS, DIETS, EXERCISES... Those should be categories and not pages, correct?

I actually use BOTH in some cases. P prefer posts BUT sometimes I want stuff to stay...so I use a page... Both work.
