The one where the first question is: "Is this question related to your website?" and when you put "No", because this isn't a problem related to my sites, it get's you to the: "Question" section where "Your question will be answered by the Community in just a few minutes!" ? Cause this really looks like a hamster race... Beside the: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support I haven't found another support address. Anyway, thank you for reply.
wow that really is annoying lol! Perhaps just say its a website problem just to get support to contact you then voice the need for an option to choose WA as the issue

I've upgraded to Premium few days ago. But since yesterday there is a message where chat should be: "Oops, your chat privileges have expired. Good news, you can Upgrade to Prem
You're correct as a premium member you get unlimited chat 24/7 - if it still persists as of today I would PM Kyle or Carson
