Understanding Google's Approval with Jaaxy.
Hey everyone,
Google's approval should mean a lot to online affiliate marketers because their published content has a chance to generate significant traffic to produce revenue from links, images and banners, if Jaaxy keyword stats are favorable.
Knowing what not to do helps us to know what to do.
Pretty wordy statement, but it's true. Stay with me and all will be revealed.
For 8 days I ranked on page 1 position 1 and dropped to position 2 with a recent article, "Seek Positive Light." featured in Coco Tortoise's Health Corner.
What shocked me is ranking in any of these positions in the first place and I'll tell you why.
My friends, I don't mean to bore you with figures but they will help to bring my points across.
First of all, i did zero Jaaxy keyword research. My chest was full and I just released everything by writing a simple poem in the beginning.
Much later, I completed "Seek Positive Light" about 3 months after in September on my journey back home to the Virgin islands. I hit the publish button in the airplane without consulting Jaaxy.
Surely, this is not what the training teaches because how could I know the stats for AVG, TRAFFIC, QSR and SEO.
I was literally blind as a bat. Of course, I promised myself to never do that again.
Let's move a little further together.
Second of all, after publishing the article, I learned the following details about the title which is the keyword phrase:
AVG. <10
TRAFFIC <10
QSR. 15
SEO. 87 (GREAT)
These stats tell me 3 things:
1/ Google search engine spider will readily crawl the site because the keyword phrase is GREAT.
2/ Only 15 websites are competing for that particular keyword phrase which is GREAT too.
3/ The Avg and traffic stats are less than 10. This translates to only a handful of people who are searching for this keyword phrase.
Do you think this could present an earning problem?
It surely could.
Although Google's approval is always appreciated, the chances for revenue is practically nonexistent in this case.
What lesson is learned here?
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO DO JAAXY KEYWORD RESEARCH BEFORE WRITING AN ARTICLE.

I hit the mark and received Google's approval. However, for affiliate marketing purposes we need to be more detail oriented to increase our chances of converting links, images and banners.

On the ultra low traffic numbers shown in jaaxy I would take those with a grain of salt. No kw tool actually knows how many people are truly searching google for certain phrases.
And even if that specific key phrase is ultra low an article can rank for dozens of other key phrases as well.
I mean it is possible nobody on the planet is searching with that specific phrase but I kind of highly doubt it.
Now the competition research side that is a very different story and I would expect that to be far more accurate.
Yes I use it and another kw tool. Mainly for kw ideas but also for the easy competition analysis. I just meant I don't get hung up on the traffic number any kw tool shows.
Too many times I have seen terms that just common sense says people are searching for and kw tools show 0 searches. Also people have wrote about around the web. Sometimes kw tools show a very low amount of traffic and yet it ends up getting a lot of traffic in reality.
The main thing is unlike examining the search results that are returned for a given key phrase (those are readily available and can be analyzed) there is no way for any kw tool to know exactly how many searches are being done on Google for that key phrase.
Also I prefer looking at other ways of getting traffic. Any traffic Google wants to send for free is a huge bonus of course and will gladly take it. But I just prefer looking at it like I won't get any traffic unless I am doing something to bring people in.
I don't doubt at all the stats you show are what Jaaxy shows.

I'm not any boss. Just know a few tidbits here and there. What I said was meant well. Just that it could turn out to be good for you if you rank well on Google. Like it might actually pull in more traffic than seems possible.

Great information. I have been one to just write something without consulting Jaaxy. Big mistake. Now I am doing my keyword research faithfully before writing anything, including blog posts and YouTube video titles. Time to start ranking!

Ok so, maybe it's my fault because I didn't say this quite right...
I am currently receiving 30+ organic visitors a day for keywords which in Jaaxy show that have an average monthly search volume of >10
This currently happens for at least 10 keywords which I was reluctant to write about in the past due to Jaaxy showing that they have no search volume.
I am not saying that Jaaxy is useless, but you have to kinda trust your gut as well because you might be missing great traffic because you trusted Jaaxy blindly.
That's what I am saying :)
I haven't used Jaaxy for over 6 months now and my traffic has just exploded a couple of months ago.
The tool just isn't accurate just like no other keyword tool is accurate.

I put Seek positive light and there it was on place one, a poem written by Coco.
I have experienced with a post I wrote about smart diapers that Google changed my title a bit and still put me on place one.
I do not understand all the mystery of the internet so I will just keep on writing.
