Healthy survival tips: Words of wisdom

Hey everyone,

Do you need some healthy survival tips? I did,got some and survived.

I am away from my beautiful home in St Croix, USVI for more than a month on a medical journey.

Rather than feeling lonely in Florida, I have used the following " words of wisdom" to stay strong:

1. Know your place and limits.

2. Don't take on more than you can handle.

3. Saving yourself depends on knowing your limits.

4. Helping others can help you to reach your goals.

5. If you have faith in God, He will help you.

6. For every problem, there is a solution. You just have to find it.

7. Keep things SIMPLE.

8. Stand tall where you are and never bow to evil.

9. Love and stay blessed.

10. Let the positive search for solutions to problems guide you forward into the light.
