Of course you can. But with your website it is important to post and update regularly. So while you got perhaps a lot of time to write right now, you could write a bunch of posts and publish them later (or use scheduling).
But there is no reason to wait anyhow, you can publish 40 pages and 40 posts today if you would like to do so. It will get your site up and going quickly.
But as I said, posting regularly afterwards for the coming years ahead is important. So for example you could post 3 times a week for the coming years to follow.
Some have time for more, such as 7 posts a week (every day 1) or 14 posts a week (every day 2).

You might have it saved under your siterubix SiteContent but it sounds like maybe you did not publish to your website.

I have just joined a couple hours ago.
And spent half hour or more writing " Add a description"
Which comes after the upload of " Image added"
I think it's gone...maybe.
As I have not got any websites built yet.

Top right corner where your picture is, click on that and then my profile.
From there you should be able to "EDIT BIO" near the center of the page.
