WEALTHY AFFILIATE MOTIVATION

One of my all time favourite martial arts figures was Bruce Lee.

I kind of grew up watching all of his films over and over again, coping his style of movement, listening carefully and repeatedly acting out his sayings and moves.

So today Wealthy Affiliates I want to share some of those amazing and uplifting motivational saying of the late Bruce Lee.

I believe as we are striving online Entrepreneurs these quotes will hit home some valuable truths to ponder over and adapt into our own philosophy.

Bruce Lee philosophy sayings.

Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water. Know that if you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. If you put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle.

You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot.

Water can flow or it can crash...

Be like water my friend.

( I understand this to mean adapt to any situation in life, just as water adapts to any object )

Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless and add what is specifically your own.

( I understand this to mean: be creative leave off useless actions, take what is useful for your own endeavours online )

Don't fear failure, not failure but low aim is the crime.

In great attempts it is glorious, even to fail.

I understand this to be: even the failure of trying to aqcuire something great is - a GREAT and glorious fail, meaning you went after something great and failed to get it, but that was a great attempt which was a praise worthy failure.

Notice that the stiffest tree is the most easiest to crack, whilst the bamboo or willow tree survives by bending with the wind.

I take this to mean: Be flexible, the path is not always going to be straight, there maybe curves and bends in life that you'll need to curve or bend with, otherwise you'll crack up.

If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of.

This is self explanatory.

The successful warrior is the man or woman with lazer like focus.

Defeat is not defeat, unless accepted as a reality in your own mind.

We all precieve things differently... how do you preceive what has been mentioned above?

Can you add to it?

I also was and still am a Bruce Lee fan !!!
I have visited his grave in Seattle at least 4 or 5 times ! Right after he died I was taking karate and the whole class stopped for about a 1/2 hour in mourning and shock.
I have all his movies on dvd and Enter the Dragon on my pvr . Many times I love to watch the opening scene fight very cool! I have many of his books the Tao of Jeet Kune Do many magazines his life story from his wife . He was a special one of a kind old soul who visited us for a short time.
Many famous people have a certain drive a passion for what they do Bruce Lee was one of those people!

Walt Disney was another one of those people that has left a legacy that will also last forever.
Walt said if you can imagine it , it will eventually come to pass.
Nicola Tesla had it at 12 yrs old he saw a picture of Niagra Falls and said one day he will power the world with the power of Niagra and he did build a power plant with alternating currant that is still standing today but a bigger one took over. Now I don't know about you but at 12 yrs old I think I was thinking about soccer and baseball and mind you I was pretty good at both but never continued.
I think you have to have a passion for what you want to do and that's where you get the drive.
My brother who was 4yrs older than me received a meccano set as a kid around 8 yrs old and I remember as he got older he was fascinated on how he could make so many things with that darn meccano set! He had winches that would lift things and even attached a little electric motor to one of them! Each time he came up with something new he would get excited and say hey john look at this! Of course as my older brother I was always amazed . All the kids in the neighborhood wanted Mike my brother to be the captain of their team or be on his team. At about 10 yrs old he made a few soap boxes and helped other kids in the area make theirs and we had fun racing down the hill in front of our home.
One day he made an electric soap box and it worked! He had to find a small kid to drive it. With a little push it would go 100 ft one way and back 100 feet that's how long the extension cord was.
Later Mike worked at the airport as a body mechanic and he loved all the unusual tools he got to use and some of the amazing glues. Do you know the wings on the planes are glued and riveted on the body?
Oh they are very very strong glues .
Then Mike left the airport and got into renovating homes which eventually led him into building new homes. Over a 25 yr period he built about 300 homes and made a lot of money! He found his niche! He was so interested in building the next home better and better and 99 % of the time they sold before he finished them. When he retired the city offered him a job as an inspector but he wasn't interested.
The point is find your passion and it won't be a job it's fun. Money turns some people on but mostly it's the things that money can buy you that gives people the drive. Mike was driven by the money and all the toys he could buy and he had a lot.
What do you like to do? The great question in life? Find what you like to do and everything may fall into place! May fall into place.
My brother passed away last year in june from alzhiemers about 10 years into his retirement but he had an amazing full passionate life!
Find your passion or get passionate about something and it just might make you a lot of money without you knowing it!
Amen

Thanks, what an experience.

Life is an experience ! We are all accountable and responsible for making it good or bad🤔

True.

Some great sayings
Thanks
Stephen

My pleasure Stephen

I've often heard that perception is one's reality. So everything is interpreted differently by everyone. Human nature is fascinating. I like the way you've broken this down.

Susan

Thanks Susan, yes you're right.

It is awesome!
Practice is key!
Respectfully
Vasile,

Yeh Bruce Lee was on a different level in his mind.
