Yep! $7.00 bought me 7 ghosts...
What happened?
Well I had an account with Adfly com ...and some dead change in my paypal account which I thought let me use it and see what happens. I had actually forgotten I had an account with Adfly...and I still need to forget I've got an account with them.
Here's what happened in a nutshell - I signed in to Adfly my account was still open with no security checks, haven't used them for years. I bought CPM traffic to my WA afffili link and paid just $7.00 for 7000 CPM of traffic from Worldwide catergory.
In the first and second day...traffic started pouring in..3000+ one day and 3000+ the next. From that it seemed the going was getting good, I got 6 referals that joined in one day and 1 the next day.
When checking the the referals bio's all of them were empty...completely empty...not a 'hello I am so and so'...nothing ,so I knew straight away that this company Adfly are just using cheap internet users to click through on links and join sometimes and do nothing.
Its a lesson learnt I didn't get a targeted audience nor did I create or look for a targeted audience. (My fault)
My advice to anyone thinking about going down this route is MAKE SURE TO TARGET and target good, with a company that has a good understaning of traffic and not just these money grabbing crooks. On top of all of that Adfly short handed me by about 640 clicks, I put a complaint in as you can imagine...and used the best of the English too :)
Won't be using them again, they are not trust worthy at all regarding traffic and its amount.
The attraction to use this site is their simple interface...which now I know why.

I tried adfly. I bought 10000 traffic. I got the traffic but no one filled out there profiles
Hahaha ghosts. I first thought you're going to tell us here about real ghosts. But I got you, most people hanging out in Adfly are like ghosts. They all want free money, and when they see that our program here requires work and some upgrade, they walk away.
I used similar sites before. No longer now as I am more focused now in getting organic traffic. Free, and of high quality.
I have tried to use a "cheap and quick" online traffic resources. Frankly, It did not work for me well.Getting people to your website through social media engagement and using google alert work for me much better. I wish you all the best!
Yes, that's one of the companies where their traffic quality is quite poor. It's easy to generate views and clicks, but much more difficult to generate QUALITY views and clicks... and sales. Glad that you found out so quickly how poor these often perform before more money was invested.
