A Little Impatient and a Lot Eager!
I don't know if I can really pin point my progress so far. I do know that I am getting traffic and I have had one small sale. But one small sale can lead to another small sale, and so on. So, I am optimistic. My website I have created so far is http://www.beachtraveldestinations.com. I have learned a lot so far. Especially in how to work and build a website in WordPress. I have also learned about social marketing and have really started building networks with my social media accounts. I guess I didn't realize before how social media really worked, I've only ever had a persona FB account. So I'm learning to branch out more socially.
I guess my biggest question is: When do I really start seeing some profit? I am not trying to be impatient, and I know there is no magic number. As well as, the fact that each webpage is unique with it's own ability. I am just curious if there is an average time where it just sort of kicks into gear. I would love to hear comments on the successes of others and how long it took them to see an income. I don't mean a large income, just a steady income. Heck, it could be $10 a week for all that matters.
I am proud of how my site has turned out and I have gotten a lot of great comments. I do tend to be a perfectionist, so I really work hard to provide a professional front for my site. So in my opinion, my website is a huge success for me personally.
I guess my plans for the next three months is really not to look for a profit, but to really focus on adding a LOT more content to my site and getting a LOT more traffic. This is my main goal right now. In 6 months? I would really LOVE to see some sort of income and traffic coming in from this site. I'd really like to be able to start working on my next site within 6 months.
Anyway, I'd love you all to take a look at my site, http://www.beachtraveldestinations.com and give me some critical feedback. Would love to know what I am doing wrong, what I can improve on, and of course what I am doing right. Thanks!

It is a great site, I've just read your sunscreen article which is very informative and we'll written. In fact I'm going back in to leave a comment. .
I'm in the same position as you as in not earnt anything yet, and are just starting course 4 on social media, but running my current business leaves me too little time to get properly stuck into this one.
30 hour days needed I think!
Yes, think so!
