I have come to the realisation that my keyword research was off ,and I`ve been trying to find ways to find what the true competition for a phrase is.
Am I using incognito properly to find real competion?

I have come to the realisation that my keyword research was off ,and I`ve been trying to find ways to find what the true competition for a phrase is.
Jaaxy and the WA Keyword tool use QSR - quoted search results, meaning that when you do your searches you must enclose them in quotes to get comparable results. If you're not searching with quotes, then the numbers you get will never be comparable.

Here I am happily trying to create content doing quite well with a few recent articles above 2000 words, pictures, informative and also getting interes

hows that going to work when it's viewed on a mobile phone, Paul? It will have huge amounts of spaces and be out right terrible.

Anyway that small piece of code before and after within the script code should have worked
Go to your CSS style sheet and look for this line:
#mlb2-4652227 .subscribe-form {
padding: 20px;
width: 350px !important;
border: 2px solid #F6F6F6 !important;
background: #f6f6f6 none !important;
border-radius: 0px !important;
box-sizing: border-box !important;
}
and add this after padding:
margin: auto;
Thanks Robert, but when I look at the pages my box is about 2 or so inches to the left of the centred text so looks odd! On mobile its ok, just thinking of on a PC

Just go ahead. There is no conflict between building an authority site and a niche site. Sometimes websites don't really find their direction until some time after launch when the content is starting to fill up the site.
Just continue with your plan, and you may become an authority within your niche.
Not at all, you will learn from experience and asking questions.
Do lots of research before you put 'Pen To Paper'.
You will get there and all it takes is time, commitment and max effort.
