why not choose a keyword that has lets say 8000 searches for your website name vs a keyword that only has 120 searches a month
in some cases you get lots of traffic and little competition. just going buy what jaxxy search result just say 8000 searches and 43 completion still wouldn't want as a website?
Anything under 100 competition with any amount of decent search volume should be targeted. Just make sure the keywords pertain to your niche.
If you found a keyword with 8000+ searches per month with competition less then 50 then create an AWESOME blog post about that keyword, target it optimally and create thorough content (1000+ words) and then you'll be ranked page 1 rank 1 for 8000 NEW people every month.
This opportunity is exciting :)
Usually, the more searches there are per month for a keyword then the more competition.
The lower the search volume, typically, the lower the competition.
When your website is in its first year of being around then you're going to want to create blog posts that target keywords with as little competition as possible that still pertains to your niche.
You'll be able to rank easier and you'll get visitors to your website, once Google sees that then they will rank you for more of your blog posts that you may have made in the past. The more mature/trusted your site is then the more you'll rank.
Once your site is mature enough and trusted enough then you'll be able to target those keywords that have the high search volumes ;)
Cheers!
Because then the chances of you ranking in a place that'll get you noticed, is obviously significantly lower...

Do you have the Sociable plugin installed? If yes, then you need to show the Pinterest icon in the posts. Once you post something you can then click the Pinterest button to post it to this social network. Same can be done with all other social networks.
