I have been given a new account when I paid my second subscription. I obviously made a mistake but can't see how to fix it. i was doing well with my original account.

my question is my neice set up a facebook account 2 year,s ago to check her page,now i dont remember anything about it,how can i start fresh?

I have 2 accounts. When I paid my monthly subscription I received a new one as well as having the original one reactivated. I am more than happy with my original account.

Have you tried contacting Facebook? They may be of more help than you might expect.
