Posts Are Good Reads
I would like to encourage everyone to read a few posts every week. You can learn so much. There are all kinds of posts. Posts to help you enhance your site, feel good posts and some not so happy posts but people that are requesting prayer and just need words of encouragement. There are some with just absolutely great stories that maybe you can relate to. All in all, each post reveals something about the author. This is an enormous community, we won't remember each person and their story but I have had my heart tugged by some; realizing it could be me. I have found information and ways to supplement my income while waiting for tidal waves of income from my sites. I have read stories that made me laugh out loud. Laughter is good for the soul. I have read posts that inspire me to become better all around.
I not only like them in my head and heart; I press the like button and most times leave a comment letting the author know I appreciate them taking the time out to share.
I also like to read the profiles because there are so many cultures represented here. In spite of the differences in our cultures, we all have some things in common.
Just a thought I thought I would share.
Enjoy your time!

I like posts where I can utilize text to voice. This seems to make them come alive - and keeps me interested and awake.

I can guess what text to voice is...is there and app or something? It sounds interesting as I drive a lot so might be useful for me!
There are many text to speech apps available. Look first for free ones. I use one called Speak It. I have not needed to upgrade it. I picked a US female voice which I run at a bit above normal speed (to give me a small degree of irritation). I had tried female and male Australian but kept nodding off because of familiarity. Hope this gets you experimenting.

I read many, many, many of these posts. Many of them I find inspiring and uplifting, whereas others I find rather tedious.
For every great story or example of what to do or not do to achieve success, I find several that are very derivative and filled with just a bunch of images that allow the poster to escape writing as much as they probably should.
All of that does mean it definitely gives me some insight into how many people on this site think and feel and I hope I am not insulting anyone, but many of them are just too long to be effective.
Thank you for these thoughtful words

Hi Mickeyb,
There are all kinds of posts. There are some extremely long. I usually don't mind if it is well written. It takes some longer to get their point across. I will still tackle a long post for support. You are welcome. Thank you for your input some of us may see ourselves in your constructive critique. We shouldn't be offended but mindful.
Thank you Marquette, I read a lot of posts here, some I like a lot, and what you say, it reveals a lot about the writer as well.
You are indeed welcome. Yes they do reveal a lot about the writer. We are not going to like them all but in the name of support and encouragement we read on and press like. The more you write in most cases, the better you will get. I always encourage read, reread and reread and edit. Then publish. Thank you for stopping by.
