Chance and Opportunity Comes to Us All
Many people use the excuse "I have never had the chance!" I was never given the opportunity. Well, I believe chance and opportunity comes to us all in one form or another. Maybe not in the way that we look for it or expect it. But it does come.
Many times we are not ready for it or we think that we are not ready. Most of it is that we are not ready to sacrifice or give up a part of ourselves to accomplish. We are too caught up in self or maybe holding on to something that will lead us nowhere. Sometimes we know that success is not always immediate and it won't be the best time in our lives trying to achieve.
I have seen relationships: some romantic and platonic where we think that person has our best interest at heart and they are just waiting for the next kind person to take advantage of. Or where you love the one that doesn't love you. You know it is a dead end relationship and they will never love you or treat you the way you deserve to be treated but we continue to hang on. Many times afraid to move on.
We fear the unknown or the challenge of having to step out on faith. We don't want to leave our comfort zone. So we continue to be stagnant and wallow in mediocrity when things could be so much better.
Sometimes we just have to let go and don't look back because we have been there,
A quote from Ecclesiastes credited to Solomon "The race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."
Just because you are swift; if you don't enter the race you will NEVER win.
All of it takes action to be a WINNER and SUCCESSFUL~~~

They sure do come to us all but it is up to us to take advantage of them. Some fear the unknown while others simply do not like change. It is the ones that are willing to take risks that will realize success. It may take many attempts but in the end, their persistence and determination will pay off. Hi, Marquette, thanks for sharing your post. I think there is the right time for everything, not necessarily when you want it. It's that leap of faith that helps you take the chance to push forward to your goals. Sitting back never accomplished anything but a wider derriere. All the best.

Well, I think you just about covered the field with that post Marquette. I certainly agree with your last two lines, good way of putting it.
Very well said Marquette and very inspiring and motivational blog for everyone here in the WA community and for the starter like me that everything is so confusing and its been stock in building my website, to be more approriate about my niche and the broadcasting affiliates that I am going to sell internet.
It can be overwhelming but WA has broken it into edible chunks. We can go back and revisit any topic. That is one of the things that make it so wonderful here. Don't rush through. Take your time and savor each lesson. Ask questions. There is someone here in the community that can answer it. I assure you. Thank you.
