Organizing my business email

Why I bring this up is because it had made me do something that I haven't done in along time and that is organizing and getting everything in order. I have broken down all my emails from WA in to different titles.

I have separate it in to many different titles such as great news, new blog post, new questions, reply to comment. You get the idea. I don't throw anything away so with that being said. I decided to separate the emails to make it easier to find different topics, and it works out because now I can go back, and look through the email and find what I am looking for. And the email never get old. I really and greatly appreciate all my email that I get. I have also decided to use one day of the week to answer all my email that way I will have more time working on my site.

I have kept everything since I have started with WA. Now I am getting my notes in order and working on a schedule to work in a organize area. I can't stand a mess This way I know where everything is and I can find it easier.

I just got to get my schedule set and I will be fine then. I will work on that next. I am having a lot of fun here at WA and I am learning a lot too. We all have to organize our things so we know where things are and that make it easier to find what we are looking for too.

Things are a lot easier when you are organize you can work better that you are not working in a clutter space. Because then your head won't be clutter with thoughts because you have written down all of your thoughts and put them in a book for safe keeping.

I wanted to thank everyone in the community for helping me and giving me sound advice. I really appreciate that so much. I have made friends here and I enjoy talking with different people and getting to know them.

Imagine that, I'm in the process of organizing my WA emails too!

Organization is important in any business, otherwise you spend more time looking for something and less time working. A person does not realize sometimes how much time they are wasting by not being organized.

Yes it is very important in any business or for that matter in life because if you are clutter everything becomes clutter.

I always organize email otherwise it's just a mess and there's no way to deal with it. good job.

You have to be organized in any business it makes sense because you can't find anything if you are not organized.

That is what I am talking about the only thing that I did was name everything WA new blog posts that give you an idea. I thought that would be easier for me. I like your way too. That is great. Great job

I have organized all my emails but since being with WA I really needed to separate it so that is why I made different folders for all my emails.

That is some organization. I do not throw much away but I do lack that level of organization.Thanks for sharing

I do the same thing with email. I make folders for everything. It drives me crazy to have so many emails and have any kind of mess.

Great to know I have found someone similar to myself, I hate 'mess' also, yep I've sorted my whole computer into 'lists & folders' as you said, easier to find....Good for you, keep up the good work...
