Being Overwhelmed
We are overwhelmed at our regular jobs because of the amount of work we have to get done buy a certain time. We get overwhelmed with our business because of all the training and information that we have to take in. We get overwhelmed with everything. Just doing our day to day activities with the kids we get overwhelmed because it is too much at one time.
When we get overwhelmed we just want to cry or give up because that is what happens when we feel we can't do anything right. That is when other emotions get in the way and that starts a cycle of negative thoughts. We cannot allow that to happen so I have a remedy for that.
Is to take a break and start practicing relaxation methods. Just so we don't become overwhelmed. We need to learn how to relax and clear our minds and work on something that we love to do. Like yoga, coloring or even reading, painting just something that would help us to relax even taking a walk would even clear your head.
Even come up with another niche in the meantime. I recommend to work only on one website at a time. Or you will start feeling overwhelmed again. That will defeat the purpose of relaxing then. When you get ideas write them down that way you won'f forget anything that you thought of and you won't become overwhelmed. That way when you are ready to go back to work you can sort through all those ideas with a clear head.

Agree 100%. When we are overwhelmed, we don't produce results, we can't work effectively, we are constantly worried. It kills creativity. So, there is time for a break, to enjoy other things in life... Balance is required...
Absolutely you are right about keeping the creativity flowing. Keeping an equal balance. You have to have some fun and you never know you may come up with a niche for a new website.
Thanks for the post, it reminded me that sometimes it is just best to take a break and then come back to what you were doing. Another thing that might help is taking a break just to get organized.

This is perfectly timed for me. I was just sitting here feeling overwhelmed and wondering where to start with all the work that I need to get done today. Thank you for putting it in perspective and freeing me to relax a little and not take it so seriously!
I usually make a list of everything that I need to get done for the day, and then I prioritize that list. I focus only on one thing at a time, knowing that the most important things will get done and the rest can wait if I don't have time.

I agree completely. I f only I had this advice BEFORE I started my second site I would be great. Juggling two sites at the same time is not easy and I really don't recommend it. But...
