Premium?
yeah so was i. Until now i cant, at the moment, pay my monthly membership. As we all know times are hard. Not complaining about that. covid 19 has affected us all, and it is wat it is. No my issue is the fact that i can not log into my account. I realize that i hav to pay my premium fee but wat happen to my free account membership? Why cant i jus be bumped bk down til i pay. WHAT DA FUDGE!

Hi, Unfortunately once you are a premium member, you can't go beck and be a starter member again. If you do decide to stop and cancel your account, you might lose access to the platform
Hi - it doesn't work like that. Once you have been a premium member you can't go back to being a free starter again.
That's not so good. They will allow you to move between premium and plus, but you can never go back to free unfortunately.
As others have said, that has never been an option!
