I discovered that a number of persons were not redeeming the time to take charge of their life so many become a burden on families and the society.

Yes, I do believe it should be taught in school, 2 subjects, "Take charge of your life 1 and "Take Charge of your Life 2. I would have taken both classes. Great post.
