Rome Wasn't built In A Day

I was on WA as I'm usually checking in on most days, and I saw a chat request from someone wanting information on how to delete their membership on the platform. This saddened me and compelled me to write this blog from the eye's of a gladiator back in Roman times with the point relating, that all things that anyone wishing to succeed in, takes effort and time.

I Have No Choice Other Than To Be Me

The morning sun pierced through the slits of the dwellings that hold me and without mercy has caused my eyes to welcome in the premise of the new day.

These arrows of destiny were surrounding me were not in revenge but in resourcefulnes.Time waits for no man or beast but only through constructive actions that I undertake in these moments that I embrace, will only result in the progress that I can ultimately find through my own path of understanding which will reap in the knowledge that is bestowed upon me, but by continuing with allowing my fears to become my master, and approaching life in this manner will only lead to my demise.

I have lost possessions that have no bearing on this day. I have found ways to endure and to survive through the elements that life is not something that can be received with little or no effort but by bringing forth the construction of something attainable through guile and continuous practice to establish my direction and my approach is forever altered on how I will combat not just this day but the very next minute that I'm fortunate enough to receive.

Awakening Of Immersion

My morning is structured. First, I will revert to my strategy that is needed for me to complete my goal of surviving another day; with the correct actions, this day will not only result in myself being able to navigate through it but also with the desired practice and fortitude will also lead me to triumph through the process,

I will undertake my general plan of mobilisation that has held me in good stead in the past and has got me thus far unscathed other than a few deliberate blows that have knocked me off my course but were not enough to disturb or distil the sense of life from my grasp.

My afternoon is a constant source in survival and succeeding in further attachment to the internal factors that keep my fires of courage and commitment raging. This will burn through any sense of doubt or disappointment that will keep me from committing unreservedly to the task itself. However, my survival is paramount. I can never overlook this and can only be realised once I assign myself to be available and of acceptance to all external factors beyond my control.

I hold the key to my future in the sword that I hold aloft. Still, without practice and the realisation that without substantial effort on my part, then going through the motions with the appearance of someone with their eyes closed, then surely this will only lead to my destruction. I must be completely aware of my surroundings and of my concentrated input that is necessary for the possibility of a new day.

Delivery Or Destruction

The late afternoon has come by all so fast; as I step closer to realising my fate, the heat of the colosseum is stifling and causing a few of us to faint or to feel unwell. Still, there is only time, for this moment, the distraction is something that must be pushed to one side, and the focus must return to this particular moment.

The chains that were once around my ankles have made marks that have caused bruising and swelling, but this also is unconnected to the event of trying to achieve without being destroyed. The noise from the awaiting public is simmering aggressively and soon will be at boiling point and then will be deafening beyond imagination, but this again is out of my control and is not my cause of concern, my concern is of making such a great spectacle that can be established through the effort that I have committed to the task, that will engage hopefully in the commotion and creativity that life can be realised through the emersion of one's actions.

As I well know to continue unabated and unwavering, it's a requirement, so striving resourcefully ahead is an essential stepping block to conquer and quash the negativity and always aim for progression through these uncertain circumstances presented to me as life is very much dependent on this idea.

The wooden gates creakily open, and the light energies me as I step confidently into the now and with a willingness to push through any conditions that are laid in front of me, embracing the possibility that with continuous effort and action, will conclude with something positive and if it doesn't then I gave my best by presenting myself in simply trying to achieve and that in itself is a fortunate result all the same.
