You have a lot of areas on your site for questions but no description of where to find the answers. You also don't say who I am directing the question to. I am sending this que

You can use a tool called "bookmarks" in your web browser to keep track of your questions.

All you need to do is ask a question, then when redirected to the page where it is posted, simply use the "bookmark" tool to add the page to your bookmarks in your browser.

Then, when you come back, click on the bookmark in your browser and you'll see all of the answers right underneath the question.

Hey Mark,

Just so you know, you have posted this question on the "WA Affiliate Program", which is one of the Classrooms here at WA

You will get a notification at the top right of this page, when you receive responses (the bell icon next to the envelope), if you are still signed up for email notifications, you will also receive an email, with a direct link back to this question, and straight to the exact comment that was left.

To find answers to questions you have, before asking a question yourself, you can see if other people have already asked a similar question, and view the reponses by typing your question in to the search bar at the top of this page that says "Need help Mark? Ask your question here...". It is right next to the WA logo on nearly all pages here.

Hope that helps,
Chrystopher

You asked this 4 months ago and got lots of answers.

You can also type your question in the center gray area up top that says "Need help Mark? Ask your question here..." both places direct your question to the community.

Chat is also an option my friend,

Tony

Right here is a good spot Mark!

Where in the world do I get the answers to my questions?

@MARKLONG4 In my experience WA support programs include:
1. Support. If someone has a problem they can't fix, then they are allowed to open a support ticket; A support ticket is the fastest most efficient way to fix your problem.
2. If someone follows other members, and those members follow them in return (which in my experience happens more than half the time) then that member has the opportunity to ask their peers for assistance.
3. You could open a Question, (YOU DID) and when this is done you get targeted responses to your problem, and in a timely manner.
4. You could Search WA for a post already created on your problem, read the post and comments and find the answer by yourself. There are usually several posts that match your keyword search term.
As far as WA not having a support program:
BTW, Did i answer your question and solve your problem?
*WA has been going for a decade, they have 30 programmers developing the ecosystem and in my opinion, WA is here to stay!
To your success,
Tutorman

At the top of your profile page, you'll see tabs where you can access your blog, questions and any training you've created.

You can first do a search by typing your question in the search bar at the top of every page and see if an answer to your liking appears, or post a question to the community.

However the fastest way, depending on time of day/night, is to ask the question in Live Chat. Just click on the "Live Cat" link to the left and ask your question.

Live chat, the dark gray search bar above, or right here! Take your pick, Mark! 😎
