Upon checking your website... you have some sort of code installed in your links that is causing tiny popup with text to appear when I mouseover your link.
It must be that code that is causing this shaky look to your site when anyone tries to mouseover your links. So, that is where I would start if I were you.
All you should need is to add a Continue Reading link like this: Read More or Continue Reading Tag Hope this helps you.
