I've already built out a website on WA's Website Builder, but I want to change the url. Does anyone know if that's possible? Thanks!

Unfortunately, you can't.
Once a domain name has been registered, you can't change it anymore.

you would have to buy a new domain, but you could move this one to the new domain?
there is an option in your website manager to move a site.
You could buy a new domain name and then move your existing site to the new domain name.
