Hey Marion,
Google searching, I found they DO have a resolve posted on their website. See screen print below...
Hope you find this helpful.
That resolve would only work if the problem is a conflicting plugin. I deactivated all the plugins except Thrive Architect and Thrive Product Manager, both of which are needed for Architect to function.
Still hoping Thrive support can fix it.
They usually take about 24 hours to respond to my tickets because they are in Europe and I am in Canada. Thrive support staff have never failed to help me.
Yeah, it's just a bit frustrating. The problem fixed itself yesterday, came back today, fixed itself again, and now it's broken again. š„
Update: If I use the browser in full screen on a 23 or 24 inch monitor then the drag and drop button is available. If I use a smaller window then it disappears. Itās missing on my 19 inch laptop in full screen but when I zoom to 80% then the button becomes visible.
Wow, now THAT is weird and something Thrive Themes needs to know about. Huh, technology, eh? ;-)
You mention that you haven't disabled the Thrive Product manager...delete both of the Thrive plugins, then re add...Could be either one.

No. I still have version 2.4.6.2 on another of my sites and there's no problem there, even on a small window.
Hi Marion
That would be extremely annoying!
I just had a look and I currently have Version 2.4.6.2 on my site.
My dashboard is inviting me to upgrade to version 2.4.7. Is that the version that is causing the problem? If so I will skip the upgrade until the bug gets fixed.

Thanks for the update. I think I will skip running the update for a few more days and hopefully the glitch will get resolved in the next update.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention š

Thank you for all your help. It looks like the problem exists between the chair and the keyboard (as usual). I've just installed WooCommerce on a test website with no frills and it's working just fine. Obviously it's something I've done myself to mess things up.
Now I know what works I can try making the real website look and function the way I want.
The typical commerce flow is as follows:
Item -> cart -> inventory -> payment
The item is usually āon holdā to be process at the inventory stage.
For digital products (downloads), you donāt have to process inventory, therefore you can go from cart to payment.
If you are using Stripe, in settings, you can check the box for ācapture charge immediately.ā
This will bypass the processing and go to payment.
Hope this helps.

Everything works up to, and including, collecting the money through PayPal. Then it's supposed to automatically change the order status to "completed" and send an email to the customer with the download link.
The money goes into my account but I have to manually mark the orders as "completed" so the email with the download link gets sent to the customer. It should be automatic.
That clarifies. In settings, you have the email triggers. The flow is email fires when the stage completes.
I assume when the system detect completed, email fires. However in your case, the completion requires you to check off order status, which is manual intervention on the Order status.
Try the WooCommerce Order Status Control extension to see if this will help solve your problem. Usually, it should already be automated for downloadable products.

Dang! It's just the absolute basics of creating a digital download and doesn't solve the problem.
I'm still looking for a solution.
Thanks for pointing me towards YouTube. I'm checking there now to see if I can find a solution.

I contacted woocommerce regarding this issue. Their reply was informative. There are boxes to check in PayPal AND woocommerce.
1. Payment.
Have you received payment? If so, the product should automatically show as completed. The status of order is 'pending' until payment is received.
Quoted from my email:
> If your product does not require shipping, it's important to check the Virtual box to make sure the order is Completed after payment.
Double check both woo and PayPal. Is the virtual box checked?
Sometimes, I've missed something when setting up a product. I sell non-downloadable items in single and varied product attributes.
As a reminder, expand the attribute to see the entire page for each product.
Hope that helps.
No, all the "cheap" ebooks are the same price. And NONE of them go through automatically š«
Great. If you can let me know which theme you're using and a list of your plugins then I can try it out on a test website. If I know what works then I can experiment at bit more.

Very good question. I usually use the main link which can easily be tracked based on their entry point on the dash. But I am sure it will need further breakdown.

Hi, Marion happened to me a while ago sent in a ticket and it was merged it may be an issue for folks that have been here awhile thank you for highlighting it, just checked and all good.
Yeah, it looks like they've set up a new Jaaxy account instead of linking to the old account which has 134 clicks, 2 referrals and 1 premium. I wanna keep the old account :(
Good question Marion! I just checked mine and they are all the same.
I see you are contacting Jaaxy... I'm sure they will straighten it out for you.
Happy New Year!

Mine are also identical. I think you have a glitch in your account. Definitely a job for site support. I'm sure they can sort it out.
Thanks for your response. I've now contacted Jaaxy at https://www.jaaxy.com/contact to try to get the two accounts merged into one.
That must be an error I would think. Just checked mine and both are the same. Perhaps check with support?

Nice looking site Frank. What I'm looking for is a plugin that shows related posts at the bottom of each page to keep visitors on the site a bit longer.
Oh I see now. How about something like this - https://wordpress.org/plugins/contextual-related-posts/#description ?
Thanks for the question Marion, which one do you suggest based on the suggestions below? I do mine manually which is slow so i would really like to know which plugin is the best for this...
Thanks in advance

I'm like you, Paul. I had been doing it manually but didn't really see any difference in my stats so I stopped doing this. I'd love to know how effective this is for others. Alanna

That's a great (but scary) article, Marion. Do you think it might deserve a blog post of its own?
Jovo (jvranges) has already written about shareaholic. Avoid Shareaholic social media plugin I read it at the time then promptly forgot which plugin he was talking about as I wasn't using it.
Here are some more to vet for suitability! https://www.rswebsols.com/extensions/wordpress-plugins/best-free-related-posts-plugins-wordpress
I use Zemanta for over a year now, no problems so far. It's free. Good luck with your choice
You just install and activate it, then the customization settings are pretty easy to handle. I just set how many related posts I want to show up
Tell me if you have any trouble!
For this thing to work, featured images must be small thumbnails, at least from my own bad experience. I removed it in the end, and this did not have any effect on bounce rate. So I think it is useless in any case.
You might want to check this, it does the same job and you can earn Google Adsense Matched Content Unit
I was using YARPP before but I didn't like it. After I installed and tried a few, I ended up with Shareholic too.
Ok Jovo, thanks for letting me know. I googled and a few sites discussing have all negative reviews. I remember by default it had annoying affiliate ads.
What plugin do you use?
Ok, I didn't even research, so I just went with the look. There are too many choices out there, I mean plugin in general.
Which one will you choose Marion?
Thanks for the Shareaholic tip. I've been using them for about 2 years but part of me wishes my theme would just show related posts because the plugin is a bit ANNOYING.
meh, it works okay but it often shows unlisted pages no matter how much I refresh in the Shareaholic back office. it also shows deleted pages. I actually just got rid of it last night, it was using 95 cookies making my site unsecure.

Thank you for trying to help. The problem is solved and I've edited the question to include the solution.
In Word, you format the page with columns, built-in from Word or customized sizes from you. There are plenty of tutorials on adding columns in Word if you google it. Take your finished doc and use a free PDF converter online. There are plenty.
Excel would be the simplest way to do what you're trying to accomplish, but if you don't have it, it will have to be Word.
I have Office 2016 so I have Excel as well as Word. Using columns in Word the text goes down the first column then down the second column so the tick boxes don't line up with the text.
I'll have a look at Excel.
When I converted the Excel spreadsheet to a PDF file it put the checkboxes in a vertical line then the text underneath ALL the checkboxes. I must be doing something wrong.
Thank you for trying to help. The problem is solved and I've edited the question to include the solution.
In Word you can use bullet list and replace the bullet icon with a square icon that you scale to the size you want. Then it will all line up perfectly.
Thank you for trying to help. I couldn't get everything to line up properly when I had more than one line of text.
The problem is solved now and I've edited the question to include the solution.
Try Canva. It'll be easier for format your text and create the checkbox. But if you want to make the boxes editable, use PDF Escape (dotcom) to create them.

One thing I am good at is knowing where to find answers lol, there is a man from DesignBuildWeb named Dave Foy. He makes all sorts of info videos for WP products like themes, page builders, plugins etc. One thing he does which I love is for every video he does, you can get a PDF checklist of the actions in the video.
If no one here can get the answer your looking for, I recommend contacting Dave Foy as he replies to all his emails and is super friendly and always helping people. He also has a voice I want to have sex with lol. Email him and he for sure can answer your question. Actually, I have a feeling I plain forgot it, joys of insomnia lol. Glad you got it all solved. I was going to suggest just doing it in word but I don't believe you can save a .pdf in Word. When I was managing bars, I would create closing checklists for my bartenders and then laminate it so you could use dry erase markers on them...until you got that one princess who uses a sharpie on it.
Thanks for posting the solution in the question, I wish more people would do the same. Enjoy your day love.
Yes, you can 'Export' to PDF using Word. Click on File and then Export and the 'Create PDF/XPS' is there. I always save as a Word document too :)

It's the green button on the left. there are only 3 buttons visible in the screenshot.
Update: If I use the browser in full screen on a 23 or 24 inch monitor then the drag and drop button is available. If I use a smaller window then it disappears. Itās missing on my 19 inch laptop in full screen but when I zoom to 80% then the button becomes visible.
