I want to create an empty field where the user puts his e-mail address and then clicks the button under or by that field. When he or she clicks the button, he gets (downloads)
I use a plugin you might want to look at. It's called Email Subscribers & Newsletters. It's designed to get people to sign up to your mailing list. You can use it to alert people to new posts on your site as well as send out newsletters (although you do this manually).
With this plugin you have 2 options to obtain your goal:
1) Set it up to require signup confirmation which will send a confirmation email they must click a link in to verify their email address. In this confirmation you can include your file, etc.
2) Setup a newsletter that you manually send out that contains the file.
Either way, check it out and see if it does what you need.

I wrote a small how-to blog on this: Creating Links to a Specific Spot in a Post or Page (Commonly Used to Create a Table of Contents)
That is known as a jump link, You can find plugins to do that for you.
If you prefer not to add another plugin to your site I did a training video a while ago showing how to do that using simple HTML code. I used an faq page for the example but of course you can do it for anything. Creating Jump Links For An FAQ Page

How do I jump through my post?

I don't know how to move bulleted list in the WP editor. I want to move each bulleted text line to the right because my list is moved too much left when I preview the post.
on the second row of the menu id an indent button - press this after going into the bulleted list and you can move it across the screen.

I have tried that, but I cannot move the text with a bullet. When I try to move text with a bullet, the bullet is being erased.
iI have found that it doesn't work well with the new classic editor.
have you upgraded to wp 5?
if you are using the block editor - here is a hack that appears to work - look at the block with the list as html and add the code in the ul section in the image

I got a mail from Google Ads that I have a few bad/broken links on my website. They are the following:
http://uwasolikyretas.tk/index/?4831537102803,
https://myspace
They are either non-existent URLs or a bad link in an image or comment.
I would do a Broken Link check and you should find out exactly where they are.
https://www.brokenlinkcheck.com/
When you click on the blue URL to the right you will see what post the link is on
And
When you see the results in the checker if you click on the SRC you will see where the broken link actually is.

Then you must check the links in the Ads and see if they take you anywhere.
You will notice that top link is not secure and this can affect the other ones.
I just checked them and there is also a Virus on that first site.
The other sites cant be reached.
I don't know what you are doing with those links if they belong to you or someone else but if they do belong to someone else then I would contact them asap.
