Have you ever tried to do something that was important to you, but gave up because of a lack of self discipline? Well I found this happening over and over in my life and I am sure you have too. Discipline can be defined as self imposed standards for the sake of a higher goal.

ALL LEADERS HAVE SELF DISCIPLINE

All leaders have to have the quality of self discipline.Self discipline implies that there are other disciplines.There are internal and external disciplines.The key to achieving your vision is discipline.A leader does notneed discipline from the outside.Embracing self disciplne is key in moving forward in your life.

I have come to realize that where there is no vision of the future, people are not disciplined. So the key to our lives is finding a vision that imposes discipline on you. In essence vision is the source of discipline.A man or woman with a vision for their lives lead a very narrow life.

A person with discipline is admired by people. We often go to see popular athletets and admire their ability to practice and make sacrifices to win the match. When one develops discipline, we develop trust, and integrity. Some of us love to watch sports than participate. true? So, embracing self discipline is empowering for us

If we remain discipline, we often get good results in the end. The beginning is usually hard because it takes adjustment through constant habit.So discipline is powerful and it comes from vision. A man or woman without a clear vision lives a very loose life. Anything goes because there is no restraint.Discipline gives us clarity; sets boundries and limits.

One thing is for certain- when you capture vision you make your life simple.It clarifies all your choices. Once you know where you are going, you automatically knows which roads will take you there. The bible says, where there is no vision, people perish. (Proverbs 29: 18). Meaning, where there is no goal, people will cast off restraint.

Capturing your vision is profitable for everyone. Vision defines your what to do in life and saves you time and energy. Summarizing ones life to one sentence by identifying who you are and what you were born to do. Capture your vision today and serve the world with your gift.

The world needs your gift. Make a plan for your vision, revise it regularly, and finally evaluate your vision to see if you are staying on tract. Your greatess enemy is distraction. Distraction to good things. Vision comes in phases.Remember that. So continue to be disciplined with your vision and recognize the road you are to travel.
