Hi the Google tool is referring to pay per click rates and which words will convert best, but it can also be used for SEO purposes.
There is a great video here by Neil Patel on how to use the keyword planner for SEO purposes which may help

So many times thanks. It was exactly the missing link. I bobs and bows and can not get my arms down from pure relief and jumps around like a child who has been half a meter higher, Christmas Eve :-))
