What can we do to get better in helping each other?

Dear all,
Going through the lessons, participating in giving comments and feedback, I've noticed that many of us tend to reply to the latest comments/questions.
I found old questions with people in need. Maybe in the meantime they solved their issues or they just give up. Not sure, but in some cases, after reply I noticed that the people were still waiting for our help.
With this in mind, what can we do to get better in helping each other?

Hi Maria, thank you for sharing this. Often too I have wondered the same. I have ran into many issues where I have needed help, most issues I was able to resolve, most on my own, but honestly the community reaches out when they can, but a lot do suggest "ask site support" in many cases. Maybe in the case of giving false information due to lack of knowledge?

Hi Kris,
I agree that the community replies when they can, but I noticed that we use the "last in comment, first to reply" and many other comments are piling up.
It will be more beneficial to all of us if we could reply to the questions were we have knowledge.
