How to change your Google+ to a custom URL
Dear all,
I found this question many times in our community and myself I was looking for the answer. Doing a bit of research, I want to share my findings with you.
Prerequisites for getting a custom URL:
- your account is at least 30 days old;
- you have a profile photo
- you have more than 10+ followers
You can get a custom Google+ URL up to 3 times per year.
- In case a custom URL is availabe for your account, you have to check your profile. A banner should be displayed.
- Click the link in the banner.
- You will have the option to select form a list of posibilities. If you want you can add letters and numbers. There is a huge probability that another "Joe Doe" has a Google + account and you do not want to take his identity or people confusing you.
- Tick “I agree with Terms of Service” check box
- Select "Change URL".
- Select "Confirm" to add the custom URL.
I hope this info will answer many questions, including mine :)
Best,
Maria

Thanks for sharing and want to know
what should be done for people whose banners aren't found?
Your profile will be automatically eligible to get custom URL after fulfilling the Google+ requirements. A banner will be displayed at the top of your Google+ account, in blue.
