My interpretation was here is a guy that is letting time pass him by. He is relaxed perhaps happy or not. Perhaps disappointed that his life has not amounted to what he desired. He may even be retired. A little out of shape and probably hearing from his Mrs. that he needs to take better care of himself......lol
