HOW CAN I CHANGE MY WEPSITES TITTLE?

To add to Diane's comment - If you have content you would like to keep, you can create a 2nd site and use the Move function to transfer the content before deleting the first site.

Good luck, Shannon

Hi - if you mean the domain name, the one which ends in SiteRubix.com, then you can't change it. You would have to delete it and start again, or use your other free website instead.

how do i delete it

if you goto sitemanager
click on detail on the relevant site
scroll right down to the bottom of the page and click on delete
you will be asked whether you are sure - just to make sure
good luck
phil

If you go to Websites from your Dashboard on the left, you will be able to go to Site Manager. You will see a "Details" button on the right. Go to the Details screen and scroll all the way to the bottom.

There you will see a button that says "Delete this Website".

Have you written any content that you need to back up first?

Am i going to be in trouble with the law if i used the name "Happy feet" as my wepsite title? reason im asking this is because the is actually a movie by that name

That's fine. Happy Feet is a common saying.

To answer your question, you won't get in trouble with the "law", but you might get in trouble with the trademark owner's lawyers.

In most cases, if they were to come after you, it would more than likely start with a cease and desist letter. In other words...stop using our trademark.

I've pushed the envelope on things like that and never heard a word, as long as there is no "competitive infringement". That choice is up to you.

If you had an exercise routine on a fitness site called "Happy Feet", there shouldn't be a problem. Producing a movie with that name...problem.

Hi - that name is trademarked by Warner Brothers Entertainment, so no, I wouldn't use it. Last year, Nike took 20 websites to court for using their name.

Trouble with the law for copyright or something?
