What training do you need?
Hi Everyone
What type of training do you need in order to excel in Wealthy Affiliate? I am gathering suggestions so that I can come up with a useful training program.
Types of training
Broadly, I classify them into 2 categories.
1. Mindset
Helps to strengthen the mind and look at things at different angles. I believe there are many blogs and articles on this topic to help everyone here.
Therefore this may not be necessary. If you think otherwise, I will be happy to create.
2. Skillset
This is needed to perform a task. For example how to search for relevant information in WA.
I believe many of us need help in some areas. If I am able to gather enough information, I can create a useful content.
What are the training available now?
There are many training available here in WA. Maybe there are too many which make it challenging for us to find the one that suit us or most of us do not know there are many training materials here in WA?
So what's next?
I hope to hear from as many people as possible regardless if you are new to WA or a veteran. Please provide as much information, comments, questions so that we can all excel as team.
Good health and prosperity.

The training offered by WA is comprehensive and complete however, for me at least, I'm learning a module at a time even though it is in sequential order. What I have missed in this business is an A-Z lesson. Maybe WA has it and I just haven't come across it yet. To elaborate, create a project or pick a volunteer who's actual buiness case to use, and map out the steps in one complete example. It would be one huge team effort by employing the skills and knowledge of those in the community. Since the community is so large, the effort would have to be managed with disipline to avoid chaos. Add appendix A which contains an example with all the steps required to go from inception to production.
Marc,
I am with Jeff!! All content that is no longer valid out so we can see what is and how it can be developed and proved. So many people especially new including me start off on them and end up frustrated as they are no longer valid and take you down a goose chase where you may end up actually so off track you have to retrace to fix.

Somehow possibly a way to discern some of the old training's relevance, or determine if it is completely obsolete!

Some very good answers posted so far. My biggest issues are:
1) The tech side of site design. Menus or categories, lay out and other things along these lines. Maybe I've missed it but with all of the training offered it's very time consuming to sift thru so much information to get what you're looking for.
2) As has been stated, some of the training is out dated and no longer valid, or not up the current tech of the day. Updates to existing training might have value.

Yes, the tech side can be confusing. Maybe if we can index them it will help.
For point 2, we are all in alignment.
