Hey Chris,
If you transferred your website correctly then EVERY link (ALL your content too!) should be just fine.
If you are concerned about clicking on your affiliate links then you can open those post using the Text Editor and inspect the links.

You can find that out with the affiliate programs you have joined as some will require you to add the new domain to your account, some will require new approvals, and some won't require a change at all.
