does anyone know how can I use G suite to login the email domain that I've registered from WA ? I do not want to use the email platform in WA, so I forwarded the email to my pe
Take a look at this training: How to Set Up Domain Email Forwarding & How to Use Gmail to Reply From Domain Email Philip
That alert is an issue with you gmail account, not WA. It appears you're using a pay-for G-Suite subscription, not a free Gmail account.
Reach out to the company you purchased the subscription through to resolve that issue. Once you've got that worked out, you can then setup Google to handle your domain emails in one of 3 ways:
1) Allow google to be the mail exchange of record for the domain
2) Setup a forward from WA mail to your google account and setup google to be able to send as that address
3) Setup the email account at WA (not a forward) and configure google to use the account via POP.
I register the Email domain from GoDaddy 2 years ago and just changed that to WA . So I’m not sure is WA or GoDaddy locked the domain.
Ok but the domain is a separate piece. Yes you can setup email accounts using your domain but the actual mail service, in this case G Suite, is actually a separate service. If you're trying to use the domain with your G Suite service, you first need to address the suspension of that service.

Yes I can add that and forward the email already. I just wondering can I login with the domain in Gmail directly but seems not working.

I think the best idea would be for you to go to "Plugins" in site manager and then to "Add new." In the search bar that opens, type referral or payment and review the plugins until you see the one that fits your application needs.
