Hi Rhooper, Jay is not well at the moment so you may have to wait a bit for him to address these issues for you. Another option you can exercise is to see if anyone has asked the same questions and if they've already been answered. Simply type the question in the search bar above and see what comes up. Hi! First of all, welcome to Wealthy Affiliate! This is a remarkable training ground which I am sure you can appreciate because you've spent a lot of time at universities during your catering career.

Secondly, it is imperative that you following the training under "Get Started Here" (to the right of your screen). It is so very, very easy to become overwhelmed with the vast amount of new information coming at you. I know this happened to me and if I'm not careful, it still does.

As you go through the sequential trainings, you will find answers to your questions (and then some). But I will attempt to help you with the ones I can:

1. "You tell me the niche, I build the site" Could you explain this in more detail ?
Jay did a webinar live where he literally showed participants how to build a site. They provided him with their niche and he built it. I did not attend this webinar but surely wish I had. Premium members, such as yourself, can watch a "rerun" of this webinar (and any webinar) by clicking on your image (upper right on your screen), then by clicking "Live Video Classes" (left of your screen under "Training).

If #2, 3 & 4 were also webinars, then the same response would apply If they were not webinars, then continue with your training and the answers will come. I am familiar with "landing page" and "analytics" but am not familiar with "astatic". Perhaps another member here at WA can help you out with these.

Rhooper: Hello and welcome to WA: By any chance, when you write in number 3 above the word "astatic", does that refer to two different words, "a static" instead of "astatic". I am just grasping at draws here in hopes of being able to help.

What exactly are you trying to share? Many of the training courses andblogs have icons on the top left just above the content that allow you to like or send an email. You also have your very own affiliate link you can give people that will send them to an introductory page for WA where they can sign up.

I hope I understood your question correctly. If not please set me straight so we can get you the right answer.

I would like to share this video (Welcome to WA) for example. When someone watches it and decides to join, I also want to be it's connected to my link so I get credit.

Gotcha. That is something Jay will have to answer. I think this is something he made himself to help people who come from one of his sites.

This can be included in your welcome message to people whom you have invited (your referrals) and have already joined WA as a starter member.

You can include the link (in your automated welcome message) and recommend that they view Jay's video.

Simply copy and paste the link that shows in your browser address bar and include that in your welcome message to them, or copy it from below:

You would write automated welcome messages for your new signups in your message area:

Or you can share the link with new members generally when they ask questions that this video answers.

You can try adjusting your resolution so it does not pause on you or get a stronger internet connection

You need to work through each lesson and do what it says. At the bottom of the lesson page after you've watched the video, there is instruction and a check list of things you need to complete before going on to the next lesson. Complete, then continue to the next lesson. I'm fairly new to WA but here to help if you need it as well.
