Dodging internet scams

Last Update: January 09, 2014

I was going to make this a discussion first, but, then decided it would go better as a blog post.

I named my blog DODGING INTERNET SCAMS, as you can see. I have gotten on someones radar some where. Day after day I keep getting emails from someone wanting to give me money. Some of them say they have already set up an account and all I have to do is sign in and pick up my $375.00.

I was wandering. What about all these offers I keep getting in my email. These offers usually offer to guarantee me 2,3,4 hundred dollars a day. Easy money, no work involved, just push a button, or spend 30 minutes loading this, and setting back and watch the money come rolling in. Sounds to good to be true. What do you think? Any of it Legit, or simply a scam?? Has anyone had any experience with this sort of business?

OH yeah! What about all the guys telling me they can get me 1000's of Traffic leads coming to my sight for free? All I have to do is sign up for their training course, or their 24 hour mentor, or one of these, or one of those?

Does any of this stuff work?

I don't know. I can tell you no one has ever giving me any thing that I didn't have to work for.

OK. Thought I would through this out and see if anyone else has had this problem?

Thanks. Hope everybody gets to read my blog.............................Frank

There is no free ride my friend. Working on the Internet is extremely competitive, hard, and very involved. Nothing is automatic on the Internet. All of the claims of cash machines are all scams.

Just opened my Atmail and I have a few too, I didn't get any email for a while so maybe it is a blessing in disguise that you are getting traffic and so getting noticed by these frauds.

p.s. Is there any way I can set up the Atmail to alert or forward me messages from my site email when they come in?

If any of them sound too good to be true - they are!

You are so right BIS. I had one today try to sell me service that would make my computer work like new for only $399.00. Keep dodging and stay weary, don't let them talk you into anything....................Frank

They are scams. Honestly. I have gotten hundreds over the years. Also, I really like the ones that say do this today or you won't have another chance to join or whatever and then a week later it is in my mailbox again. I just unsubscribe. Also, have you noticed they all have something like "my best friend is only giving this to my friends" and then you get 3 other emails with the same offer? You are on the right track here at WA and be sure to get your wife to sit down and read some of the "real stories" here. Best wishes to you!

I get that all the time too! I just saw a guaranteed 50k in 30 days scam recently. Grrr... How could these people live with themselves? Scamming people daily.

auden, I have seen so many of those promises. Tried a couple but couldn't ever figure out what was going on. They would always tell you what to do, but never how to do it. I think they always assumed you were well acquainted with how to use a computer. Anyway with Kyle and Carson here and all of our group I think that is all over now.
Thanks a lot auden.....................Frank
