You can install the woo commerce plugin and build a product profile on your page. If your theme supports woo commerce, it shouldn't have any issues with the appearance. It looks quite professional and makes your site appears more like an e commerce store. Hope that helps :)

Hello everyone who's take the time to read this question. I thank the handful of you...lol At the urging of a friend, I joined twitter. He associates with others who are way
I still use Twitter as a way of reading and following other bloggers and experts in my field. In the beginning it's probably less about sharing your own business and more about learning from others. You can retweet their stuff at the click of a button and slowly begin to build up relevant followers that way.
Like most content marketing strategies it's long term anyway so as the others said you don't need to do more than that in the beginning.
Shawn, unless you are doing Level 4 training, you do not need to worry about Twitter at this time. Twitter and the other social media networks will be covered in Level 4 training.
But if you should want to learn how to do it now, I created training that explains it far more than what WA offers in Level 4. FHagstrom below has already provided the link to my training.
Great comment Robert, sometimes in our eagerness to help others, we tend to forget where they might be with regard to the training and our "help" could simply be enabling them to skip ahead which could actually confuse them and hurt their progress
Thanks for the wonderful responses by all. I'll look at both the training and the recommendations. I appreciate the helpful nature of everyone here.
We are a supportive community Shawn. One of he many reasons why I have been a member here for 2+ years. Whenever you need help, just ask.
I wrote a blog about it, in case you are interested.. How I Grew My Following With Twitter In Less Than 2 Weeks
Hi Gina :) I will def check out your blog post and thanks for your further explanation below. ... I guess it just gets overwhelming in the beginning and it feels like you have to understand how to use everything otherwise you could be missing out of some vital tool :D
You're right Trish, you don't have to worry about it just yet if your content is not ready.. It's never too late to get to social media :) take it one step at a time. All the best!
Unless you are in Level 4 training of the Certification Course you do not need to know how to use Twitter right now. Level 4 is all about using Social Media Marketing. So if you haven't reached Level 4 yet, don't bother until then.
Hi Mac and Trish, it depends on the business you're in and who you are trying to target. I use Twitter to identify the people who can contribute content to my site. It's simple, I feature them on my site, they get exposure, and in turn they share the articles for me. People can buy followers on Twitter but I wouldn't recommend that. You can follow many people with a common interest if you use a twitter account management tool. The trick is how to use it to help people and still benefit yourself.
I'm sure many folks in WA will have their own strategies, let's hear them out too.
I too have been encouraged to join twitter and don't really get it. As far as I am aware the biggest users are those who are trying to promote something. .. so that leaves me asking, who are they promoting to? Other promoters? I guess like anything it is just another avenue to try and an extra thing to get yourself involved with. I still don't know how people get thousands of followers...? Agree that the wrong followers won't get you anywhere.

Hi, I have a question regarding individual post ratings. I've linked most of my posts on google plus. This appears to be generating traffic to my site, or perhaps just my goo
Ya, that's what I'm talking about. I've googled two of my articles. One was for retired service dogs, while the other was for take a breath. Both posts listed as 4 and five from the top of the page, but I don't know if that means people actually clink on it and go read my article. When I click on it, I am brought to my google page where I'm advised how many people have viewed it. From there, I found a link to my site. I'm surprised that it would even be 300 for a bunch of ramblings.
What do you mean by "a page where you're advised how many people have viewed it"? Isn't it supposed to be the article itself?
I don't really understand your concern.. Do you mean if the number of views for the Google+ post is the same as number of views for the article itself? If that's the case then the answer is no..

Hi, I attempted to embed a video from You Tube. From You Tube, I clicked the share button, followed by the embed button, then clicked the appropriate buttons. Unfortunately,
Hi Wardies. Right click on the YouTube video.
Then select 'Copy Embed Code' (see attached screenshot).
The embed code should look something like this:
<iframe width="854" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_p08MEvd4ls" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
In your WordPress editor, make sure you click the tab that says 'text' (see screenshot below).
Paste the code.
Publish/update your page/post (see screenshot below).
If you are still having trouble, let me know and I'll be glad to help you further.
Copy-paste the code in Text mode, not in Visual. I have done this many times, never any problem.
Thanks Phydel, that was extremely simple advice and it worked. I tried it the other way, for days, and it never worked.
Simply copy the url of the video on YouTube and paste it into your website page in edit mode but using the visual option. The video will appear there
I've tried that again, saved it, then looked at the preview. The preview shows a big empty space. When I go back into the editing view, I see the grey box.
Did you "Save Draft" and then click the Preview button? It shows as a grey box until you actually publish.

Hi, I have a question regarding the use of video in one's website. I've asked a similar question before, and received a very nice answer on how to embed a video from Youtube.
Hello I am going to take a stab at this but you have probably already tried this but anyways. The only way I know is to click upload at the top right on youtube and then find your iMovie and upload it. I know this is the way I uploaded a video from iMovie a few years ago. It worked like a charm.
Just case this is your first time, make absolutely sure that there is no music with copyright playing in the background. They really don't like it.
Thanks for the reply. I added music from iMovie, but that was from the selection of choices. Google may have my answer. I found a number of people frustrated with the same issue.
