You need to make sure you wait until the page has fully loaded first & don't scroll until it has - then it should jump automatically.

Hi - I am not sure by what you mean as to get "credit" for your questions?

There isn't a way of tagging questions and comments, other than, as you say, if asked through your profile page.

By getting credit, I simply mean that the WA website counts all of your questions no matter where you asked them as if you asked them from the top of your profile page. If that's not the case and there's no way of tagging all your questions back to your profile, then it's apparently best to just ask any questions from the top of your profile page.

Why would WA count our questions? I'm not sure how this would be a benefit.

WA does in fact count our questions as you will see if you go to the
top of your profile. The apparent reason for this is to encourage activity and communication on the website. The more questions you ask is a factor in evaluating how communicative and interactive with the community you are and can thus help in boosting your rank here.

I didn't know that. Thanks for pointing this out to me. Let me see if I totally understand what you're saying. You're saying that we only get credit for our questions if we ask then from our own blog. Is that right?

Yes, apparently our questions are only counted if we ask them from the question link on the top of our profile. When I asked a few questions from other locations such as the question link in the right bottom corner of the webpage or at the end of a lesson they didn't get counted to me. It's a relatively minor issue, but every little bit helps.

Thanks for the info.

Hi - I see what you are talking about now, with regard to "credit", I didn't realise you were talking in terms of your WA rank. For that purpose, then yes, they do count, as do all comments. However, there is no way of keeping track of them.

Please be aware, there is no benefit to gaining a higher rank. There are no perks, bonuses or anything of monetary value to be gained. I am in the top 25, and am therefore an ambassador, but I haven't gained anything, other than the satisfaction of helping people.

Yes, you're right about there being no direct monetary value to rank, but still being very active and helping many people here is very important because it gives us a stronger sense of community support.

This is what helps motivate people to persist in their efforts to develop successful websites even though they may not see any monetary gain for a long time. Who can put a monetary value on helping people?

I've only ever asked them from the top of the profile page. Not to sure why the other areas don't count. Jim

Thanks for your input

I noticed when I check a box to just delete on keyword from my list that it deletes the entire list instead. What can be done to remedy that?

Yeah, I did that too, I don't think it's anything to do with Jaaxy, it's just checking the wrong box. I learned that the hard way.

You're right based on feedback I'm getting from several people including yourself, but the set up could be a little clearer.

You're hitting the wrong delete...I did this and lost a huge list that took me forever to create.

When you check the box next to the keyword to delete, use the delete option on the left not the right. The right is for the whole list.

Thanks for the information which I'll follow next, but the set up could be a little clearer.

I was so frustrated when I lost my list too. I hit delete and even still confirmed the delete 😁. Lesson learned.

You must be checking the wrong box
