How do you get content manager to see the posts that you created in word press?/

There is a free word counter program online that also has Grammerly in it

I agree with Triblu response I hope that helps answer your question

Go to site content dashboard

Click on my content - you should be able to see all the post you have written so far

Don’t know if I understand, but you have across the top, Published and Unpublished. The published should be in Wordpress already, but you should still see them in your Site Content, you have to be logged into Wordpress.

Hey Lynn,

You cannot... sorry. SiteContent belongs to the WA website and our websites are totally separate from it. SiteContent was created as a tool to help us.

Here's Carson's introduction for this tool: Hope this helps you.

Thats a real bummer, I have written 2 pages and 22 posts and Site content only sees 15 of them. Every time I do this I tell myself that next post, I will do it in the Site Content but, I go to the back office and just add a post, then I can not get it spell checked without copy and paste into word or google docs. Maybe someday I will break this bad habbit and do it right.

Grammerly will change your life ...use the chrome plugin for real time spelling and grammar checks as you write :)

Thank you and I will

The following video tutorial may offer you the help you seek: Hope you find this helpful.

Hello LynnMcDonald:

Go to the tab on the Dashboard on the left-hand side, click on it and where you see the list of "New Premium Members". You will see something above it where someone is asking a question.

I hope this helps.

Click on the Dashboard over on the left side of your profile page. Then start scrolling down. You will come to unanswered questions.

I need some advice, I have lots of posts and items for sale on my website, I cannot think of anything else to write about it. I have

Don't do that Lynn,
Patience rules at the end of the finishing line.

Success can take any form and while there are many parking places for it, the one who pushes on finally arrives at the destination.
The older the website, the higher credibility it has.

I have the same result at present.
Stick on it!

Hi Lynn,
As the old and famous says goes:" Winners are not quitters and quitters are not winners"
There's always room for improvements in whatever we do in this life.
I saw your site, to me; it looks simple and good but you can still give it more attractiveness. You can add at least one banner which can also attract some visits.
Cheers

Boaz Ethan

Hi Lynn - I have been there where you are. I wanted to quit but I persisted. Somewhere along the line, I had missed something about starting and Internet business.

My attitude has changed now I love my niche it gives me great joy when dads thank me for helping them. The money has started to trickle in slowly

Don't feel despondent and don't feel despair try again and those walls will crumble.

Kyles blog below helps me move when I feel a little sluggish

That you have come this far says to me you a star and a winner

Reach out to the community they rally around you

Richard

Also, I would recommend a clean theme if this is your first website. A theme that is mostly white with no images. You can add the images to make your content pop. Don't play with the fonts either. Most designers make the default font that way because they are 'web-safe' so keep the default fonts.

Don't throw in the towel until you have asked for help on everything.

For example, the background on your site makes your text hard to read. This may be turning off visitors. Maybe if you fix this then you can write some more content and see how things improve.

Also you need to have more content to get more traffic and they need to be optimized for keywords. Try that too, write more content and see how things improve.

If you're doubtful about how your site is performing, ask for Feedback with the Site Feedback feature and apply any suggestions. Try that and then see how things improve.

Your posts could use some formatting to make your content more readable. It's in one of the lessons on writing. Try that too, write some more content and see how things improve.

If you've tried all of these and nothing improves then you can throw in the towel.

Don't give up until you have asked for help, received help, applied it and gauged to see if your sites performance has improved.

Another thing that helps is to go back through the lessons and see if you missed anything. I'm fairly advanced but every now and then I go through the lessons to remind myself of the basics.

The green text is almost unreadable (like in your list of previous articles). And yes, the background color makes your posts hard to read as well. Also...your social media tags on the right hand side also blocks some of your text in each post. Instead of quitting, you just need to adjust some of these issues...and I believe you would have visitors stay longer.

Your content is really good - its just the template setup that is hampering your visitors. One last idea, to help make you some money...change your affiliate links from images to actual text links. There is a good chance that your visitors do not know that the images are links.

Please don't give up, just do some tweeking on your site. I think that would help you tremendously.

Terrific feedback!

Oh please don’t quit. It’s way too soon. I’ve been at this for 6-8 months promoting WA and I just got my first referral. I’m aiming for a year. Yours could be sooner cause mines very competitive but a couple months just isn’t enough in Googles eyes.
I checked out a few of your competitors to give you some ideas of themes and categories. You have so much more you can do. I think the first thing you should do is look at another theme. Your first impression is most important.
Here’s some sites to look at:

https://www.twoscotsabroad.com/
https://ordinarytraveler.com
https://maketimetoseetheworld.com

Hope these other sites give you some inspiration.

Cheers
Suzanne

I would not throw in the towel. I joined one month before you, In April. You’ve made more than I have. I have not made one little penny yet...I’ve posted 1-3 times a week since and I know my niche well.... very disappointing.... . I’m discouraged and lost some motivation but I’m not giving up. I think if you can keep moving past your frustration you will get new ideas and will do well. Maybe you could expand to places that are good to travel to while on a road trip (that’s a lot of content) with activities and attractions while there, and/or places to stay while there.... camping road trips there’s camping gear. It’s a great niche, don’t quit, you will never know what you could’ve done.

You just started the website.
Change the homepage a bit. The background makes it uncomfortable for the eyes and that might be one thing that drives people away.

Have some pictures on your homepage. A mini gallery that links to posts can help.

There are so many things you can do, if you need help send me a message.

Also you can check other people's sites to get ideas.

Hi Lynn!

You are only a few months into this. It takes a lot longer than that to gain traction, depending on your niche and how you have engaged in the training.

This is what Kyle says about the process:

Here is how your journey could look, a realistic journey.

MONTH 1: Accomplishments
Website Set Up
SEO Set-up
Initial Framework of Content
Indexed by Google, Bing, Yahoo
You have 5-10 posts on your website
Earning Potential: A few sales, just getting your business foundation started

MONTH 3: Accomplishments
Content Starting to Get Ranked
Experience Some Big Breakthroughs in Search
Have Made Your First Sale or Two
Traffic is Cumulatively Starting to Grow
Search Engines are starting to give your site "authority"
You have 30-60 posts on your website
Earning Potential: $0-$500 per month

**Note: It took me 3 months to make my first sale online. Here I am 15 years later full time online, if I quit in the first month I would have never gotten to the experience of lifelong and very fruitful business online. There is something to be said about being patient and not expecting "instant" success in business.

MONTH 6: Accomplishments
Traffic is starting to flow, ideally 100 uniques per day
Sales start to increase with consistency, several per week
You are truly starting to gain some expertise and brand
Bing/Yahoo start indexing your site at a higher rate
Engagement on your site starts to increase
You have 60-100 posts on your site
Earning Potential: $500-$3,000 per month

ONE YEAR:
Traffic is really starting ramp up. You can expect 500+ visits per day
Google is granting your site with some serious authority
Companies and other blogger start to reach out and connect with you
You are making WA sales and other affiliate sales daily
The Vegas Super Affiliate Conference is in your sites
You have 100-150 posts on your website
Earning Potential: $3,000-$10,000 per month

TWO YEARS:
Your business is truly starting to thrive
You are definitely a noticeable force in the search engine world. Google ranks your new content with 24 hours of it being posted.
You are earning a full time income online
Vegas is yours, you have most definitely made it
You have 200-300 posts on your site
Earning Potential: $10,000-$20,000 per month

5 YEARS:
You are a brand/authority in the industry
You have a full time+ business online, likely 6 figures plus annually
Google, Bing & Yahoo love you
You are taking earnings and spending it to drive your business through paid channels
You likely have made several hires, including writers, design help, and a virtual assistant
You made Vegas in the first 1-2 months of the year (with your sites on the 3,000 sales)
You are in a position to double your business annually
Earning Potential: $10,000-$50,000 per month

But remember, you are building a business here. You get OUT of your business what you put into it. Ask any successful person what the fundamental reason why they are successful and others are not and they will usually say one of two things. Hard Work or Focus.

I hope that helps!!

I understand about the Ads and have several running on my site. This is silly who needs 53 words to ask a simple question like this. Let's get done already. How do you know and

Adsense makes sense. Earned me a few bucks through Blogger.com by Google. Now it is getting better with WordPress. Just successfully added a vertical AdSense ad space on my website. If only the horizontal thingy would work ! : )

Joe

One of those slow organic processes with patience required!

Hi Lynn! You log into your account and it is listed on the home page. It has taken me awhile to build up my Adsense total, but slowly and surely it's working.

Thanks for this Erin, nearly on AdSense, so am grateful for this update.

I am on lesson 9 of step 4 and cannot continue because I do not have the menus that I saw on the video. why?

The site's user interface was changed a few weeks ago and the videos you're watching are probably showing the old interface. As others have pointed out, click the $ icon in your WA menu bar and then select the "Links & Tracking" option to see your affiliate links.

Follow the $! I will be doing that later today.
Colin

Go to the dollar sign at the top of your profile page and click on links.

Yep

Thank you, again, you are turning out to be my best friend on here.
