I've Got A Date With A WA Member!
I'm so excited because I have a confirmed date with a WA member! But before you go thinking I am cheating on my husband I'll just let you know that its Lauren.
The reason why it is so exciting is because we have become firm friends through WA and we regularly chat on Whatsapp and share tips and leads with each other but we have never met face to face because I live 150km away.
We have both personally been invited to the #MommyHero event that is happening in Cape Town in May and I just checked this morning that she is going and I then sent in my confirmation that I will attend.
I'm not sure exactly what is going down at this event other than the fact that it is online influencers that have been invited and the guest speaker is Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp - she is a South African tv and radio presenter so quite famous. We will be getting hand and foot massages and a goodie bag.
So I am looking forward to our first date, I am sure it is going to be amazing!

Enjoy your meeting Lynne, it is so nice to chat face to face with someone you have got to know well as you will still find loads to tell each other that you haven't had time to already.
Oh yes, it is going to be amazing. I wasn't going to worry about making the 300km round trip to make this event but had a hunch Lauren might have been invited so that made me change my mind!
Oh we will I'm sure and it will be so much easier for us to hook up :) We must make a date sometime!

Wow! To paraphase a saying... you two together could make more than the sum of the parts. A tremendous combination! Hope you both have an amazing time, it sounds a really interesting event, Sue :)
That does sound exciting, Lynne. Since becoming a WA member, I've interacted with Lauren a few times myself (actually, if truth be known, she has helped me out a few times with sound answers to some of my questions).
Anyway, knowing how awesome she is, I know it will be a treat to meet her, although you are pretty awesome in your own right. Sounds like a fun event. I hope you both enjoy it.
