Tips for when you new at WA - Help I'm Stuck!
Hello WAmily,
You researched really well that your business idea has a lot of potential, that quite many people are looking for information (and products) to help them with their need or problem.
All excited you build your website, got all legalities in place, write content, and so on.
Somewhere along that process you get stuck. You need help...
Help I'm Stuck!
You need help, so what do you do? Ask help to the WA community.
This toolbar (top menu) is your WA office, your workspace ,learning center and toolbox.
If you did not find your answer by using the magnifying glass (right next to the blank space) then you can click on "help" (left of the blank space) and then you will see the following appear.
Here is what you can do:
1) Look up with what you are struggling
Before you hit that help button (see top menu) use the magnifying glass first to look up with what you are struggling. WA being around for more than 14 years and over 1.4 million members, you can bet safely that your question (struggle) has been asked before. Remember, we all once started this journey too, and some of us with the same questions as you.
If this did not help you, you can do the next step.
2) Ask your mentor (referral)
By default Kyle & Carson are added to your network as premium coaches and the one that referred you to WA (see image above). In my case it was kevinmj. He/she is your guide for WA, will help you whenever you get stuck.
You trusted your referral to sign up to WA, why not with your questions? Use the private message option.
While they may not have all the answers to your questions, they will direct you to the solution you are looking for.
Not yet solved?
3) Ask a question to the community
Get answers from the community. If you click on the question mark (see image above) you can ask your question for the entire community to see and answer.
if you do, be specific. Asking, "I need help with my website, can you help?" leaves only those that want to help you wondering with what you need help.
4) Ask in Live Chat
The most direct help you can get in Live Chat. Same applies as asking a question; be specific with what you want to know.
5) Site Support
As the title suggest this is support for when you have technical issues with your website.
If you need help
Above I outlined how you can ask for help. Now don't be shy, or feel ashamed to ask your question(s)
Remember:
"Part of being successful is about asking questions and listening to the answers" - Anne Burrell
If you need help, don't hesitate to ask me or others :-)
All the best,
Luc

Great article. Your list of all the various helps tools will be a great "help" to people who are looking for answers. Most of us use some of these, but tend not to think about the forums we don't use much. Your post has laid them all out clearly and comprehensively. Thanks.
Glad you liked it ,Jim. Means a lot to me :-)
