can someone tell me why 2 menu titles comes up like below?
(you can see "Privacy Policy" X 2, right?)
Are these duplicates showing up in the navigation menu or on the individual pages? What is your site's URL?

Thank you so much for reaching here to help me out.
It does not show in the navigation menu but shown on each individual pages. I have, privacy policy, about us, tools, design, and every pages appears with double subtitle...

(but not indexed on google yet which makes me a bit nervous..)
I've taken a look at the HTML code for your pages and found that the words "Privacy Policy" and "About Us" are duplicated in the code for both pages. (see below)
Since I'm not familiar with your theme, I can only suggest looking at the pages in the editor and checking if those words are duplicated in what you see on the Edit screen.

These title might be going to be separated into top & bottom after I add some contents so what I will do first is adding contents.
But thank you for your HTML code suggestion, but i don think its duplicated in editor... but anyway I might be asking your help again later...

Have you edited them in your custom menu area? WordPress Dashboard Tutorial - Custom Menus or is that the page? If you have a page title written and the theme inserts the title automatically that would cause the double titles.

And for this incidence, I have not been able to figure out yet even after I watched the tutorial..
If let's say, this is the case you mention, what should I do?

(*my site is not indexed yet also.. is that because i have not created the contents yet?)
I would start adding content to those pages and see what it looks like. You may be looking at a Top and Bottom text because there's nothing in between it. I'm not sure. Let me know what it looks like after you add content!
Your site will begin to get indexed as you add content as well, and when you move it over to a .com website it will definitely get indexed faster.

Anyway, firstly, I will add contents and see how it looks later :)
