Light At The End of The Tunnel
Is there light at the end of the tunnel? This tunnel of no Affiliate Bootcamp Training - and I still have FOURTEEN days to go!
There is so much to achieve in that 14 days though, much as I am feeling withdrawals from the training and deprived of my fix, I am also feeling the pressure of how much there still is to do!
New Website
1. I have another website I want to build, it is SO exciting for me because it is a big passion project. I am literally brimming with ideas, but also know I don't have all the skills (yet) to implement what I want to do!
But Maintenance Is Key
2. Refreshing my existing website and all the articles is absolutely key - I have to, have to do this - and am up against myself here, see, I am a better builder than maintainer, in this business though, I'd better develop those maintaining skills! it was the same in sales, I was better at breaking ground, hunting for and securing new clients to hand over to customer services for the rest. Time to get my hands really dirty and maintain and build on what I have started.
Spending Time In the Community
3. The WA Community is exceptional, I have met and engaged with so many truly wonderful people. Confession time, all this "socializing" is taking my focus away from the BUILD, BUILD, BUILD required of me in the remaining 14 days of no Affiliate Bootcamp training. What is a sociable girl to do. This is part of the plan I am sure - Kyle and Carson, did you design the training this way so that we have to knuckle down, become focused all on our own, and learn to build our businesses without your daily guidance? Oh you guys are just too clever! Ingenious training methodologies right there!
Time for the Keyboard
4. Part of developing an online business - affiliate marketer, drop shipper, life or business coach - entails A LOT of time at the keyboard. This is not necessarily a good thing, we all need a break away from the screen, from hunching over the keyboard, deeply focused on our research, writing, "socializing", whatever it is. This is the truth - because Mom said so!

Thank you for reading my meanderings as I built up the enthusiasm to return to my existing site and refresh some articles, make sense of Pretty Links and hopefully enhance the overall visitor experience.
Light At The End Of The Tunnel
I have found that there are two lights, one at the end of the tunnel and the other is the one on the train I am driving, illuminating the way forward! We all have the choice to find the light, to be the light - some times it is to light the way for others and some times it is to light to way for ourselves!

Thank you for sharing. I can relate to what you have gone through. I find that working with blocks of time will get us do more rather than sticking to one activity e.g. 'socializing'.
You can reach the end of the tunnels. It's not that far to go. Keep your lights up.

Affiliate Bootcamp is fabulous and I am following it to promote WA. If you are keen to do your own niche will be better to follow OEC training - I plan to do both eventually just because I can (or at least I hope I will be able to).

Hi Louise, I'm in the Bootcamp training as well and still on the first lesson. I purposely stepped away for a while to read posts and I think it may pay off. I feel more secure in my knowledge because of it.
I too need to get with the program. It will come I'm sure.
