Frustration Reigns!
Hey fellow WA members, this is just a quick pop in to say hi and give a little update. It has to be quick, you'll see why shortly and that is why the topic is Frustration Reigns!
Surgery Was A Huge Success
Yes, we can celebrate - the eye surgery was a huge success and I am able to see with BOTH eyes now. The green one and the blue one!!! Not 20/20 vision but that was never expected either.
Time to Pop the Bubbly!
Not So Fast!
Learning The Hard Way
Eye surgery and screen time are not good companions! Yip, the outcome is hugely positive, I went from ZERO vision to 0.2 vision in the right eye - definite cause for celebration! Literally I went from darkness to reading the first three lines of the eye test!
But I also came back to work too soon - or should I say, spent too much time looking at the computer screen too soon.
Hence The Title Frustrating Reigns!
Recovery has been delayed by my eagerness to get cracking in the office and my online business! Instead of working hard and being excited and motivated, I am struggling with headaches, eye strain and exhaustion!
Everything Has A Season

I understand that frustration because I have rushed back to work several times a bit early and found I needed more time. Awesome your surgery went well, but don't rush things since it all will be here and you will not have the issues you are having now.

I am missing you and your fabulous sense of humour so much! Will be awesome when I can spend more time on the screen again.
I've given myself a stern talking to now too though, focusing more on the success of the surgery and how amazing that is, and resting so I can recover.
