I had this same problem. I fussed with it for two weeks. Finally, tech support fixed it. If I could send them cookies, I would. So straight to tech support, I do not think this is something we can fix.

There seem to be a security issue that should be fixed.c.maybe clearing browsing data might be a first step.

Hi, Louisa, could be a problem with your SSL. When I enter your DN in the address bar the message comes up "having difficulty finding that site", and there's no green padlock showing.
When purchased, the site may have included the SSL Certificate, this may now have expired and needs to be updated. If the site is showing in Site Manager, click on details and make sure the free SSL Certificate button is on. Hope this helps. Best wishes

Thanks Randi, I can embed video's from YouTube to my word press blogs. But I don't know as of yet how to set it up on my WA page to do a tutorial or training. I went to YouTube and there I found some more tip as well!

It gives you the 3 options, 1) publish it directly to Screencast-O-Matic and get a URL, 2) publish it to Youtube, then embed from there, and 3) publish it as a video file in MP4 format, then you'll be able to do whatever you please with it (upload to Youtube, etc).

If I move a site Rubix Domain to my own domain, I purchased, will I lose that content that was moved?
I moved quite a few Domains but cannot see the contents on the sit
Hi Louisa, I didnt transfer content out of siterubix, but copied it in from outside with the help of site support, and it all went perfectly, Best Alan
I'm glad you found the answer to your question, and I'll add my assurances here. I transferred my Rubix site over to my own domain and it was perfectly fine. I did keep the Rubix site for the full month as a just in case policy.

Moving your old domain to new domain in WA has no problem as all your contents, comments and every other things goes with it to your new domain. But the advice is to leave it up to one month to make sure that every thing goes well before deleting the old domain.

I would not worry. When I moved my website the old websites were still available for at least 1 month. When you see everything is ok you can delete the old one. It sometimes takes awhile for everything to be visible on the new website. Site Support will always have a backup of things.

I recently moved a site and the content are there intact.
What about making a back-up of content so that if you get the same result (lose content), you have a Plan B.
I have moved my first domain from site Rubix to another domain and my contents were safe. You will just have to wait for the amount of time required for everything to work properly.
I still have the first domain with all the contents which I don't use. I can delete it anytime if I want. You can copy what you want and add to your other site. Thanks

What is the less amount words that make a good review, or does it matter?
I would definitely make sure it's a very thorough and complete review rather than the number of words contained within.
I can definitely read several thousand words if it catches and keeps my interest,

I think at least 1000 words for a product review. If you use the 5 w's:
Who
What
When
Where
Why
Add the How.
I think it just has to be as long as it meets the needs of your audience.
Please remember that comments count in your word count so a short article with lots of engagement could still work out really well.
Some niches are naturally shorter. For example take that "fidget spinner craze" that took over the world 6 months ago.
Could you imagine a 1000 -1500 word product review on one of those things????? Boring!!!
But a 500 word product review with heaps of comments would rank really, really well. Good luck finding the right balance.
A lot of it depends on the product and the features you want to cover. But it also depends on your writing style, or "voice". I have 2 WA reviews on different sites. 1 is about 1500 words because I geared that site toward quick facts and resources to get started. The other is over 4000 words because that site is much more technical in the information I provide.
That being said, don't force it. Like Kyle says in the training, between 1000-1500 is a good goal. But write what feels right to you and sounds natural. Your readers will know if you're forcing it jyst to get a higher word count.
This is partly what we're taught here and partly my opinion.
WA goal is 1,000 words.
However, I have found from all of the articles I have written so far that when I really connect with a topic or an article, I always (naturally) end up right around the 1000 word mark.
I don't focus on it and don't worry about it. I just naturally end up there.
My last thought is that I tend to stop reading longer articles than that unless I am really into the topic.

My advice to you is, for you to beat your competition, you have to strive harder than them. So, if they're ranking with 500 words, then go for 1,000 words and above.
Of course, it's not really on the number of words.. But at least, you've tried harder.
You are probably going to hate this answer, but make it as long as it needs to be.
Don't be overly wordy for no reason, get what yuo have to say and get out.
with that said, if you are trying to compete with other reviews that are already ranking for a target keyword, it would be wise to see how long the top ranking sites reviews are and create something better than those.
