New Month, New Goals
NEW GOALS
In November, I finished up my 20 day Progress. My objective is to continue on my journey at HEALTHY FOOD CHOICE. I want to take my journey to another level as I obtain more success in the area of Health and Longevity.
Goal 1. Eat more green vegetables
Goal 2. Drink plenty of water/ 8 glasses a day
Goal 3. Exercise Daily
Goal 4. Go Gluten Free
I realize that this is going to be a challenge for me, but I will do it. Last month I made a little progress, I lost 2 pounds.
Over the past few days while resting, was working on my strategy for The Month of December.

I am so proud of you Louisa! Your doing great! Did you know eggs are actually good for you! And they actually have organic eggs! A couple of weeks ago I actually saw organic milk in the store! Keep up the good work my beautiful friend!

Thank you for believing in me. Oh! yes I no, my daughter works in whole food. She brought some organic eggs home. Haven't tried them yet.I really need the milk. Follow me as I progress. Best Wishes my great friend!
