My 20 Day Progress Day 6 Portion
A Visit To My Nutritionist:
Today, I went to visit my Nutritionist. This was a routine visit. I call it my "CHAT SESSION"
Our session about PORTIONS went okay. This I have problems with, and I enjoy eating a good portion before I am done with one meal. I decided that a meal planning guide will probably work for me. Now i have to draw up a weekly plan sheet so that I can monitor how I am doing with Portions.
This is all fine to me,what ever it take to modify my old behavior will definitely work. On Monday I will start recording my meal portions. Our day to-day life is often hectic...thinking about what to eat and not to eat. This has never even been my concern. Although we know that eating well-balanced meals can help our bodies and minds function more efficiently.
"Balanced meals can boast our ability to maintain a healthy weight and prevent chronic disease."

A great post indeed, Louisa.
Yes indeed, as William suggested, a smaller plate is what I had to do, as I am greedy, to be honest, and I kept wanting my plate full no matter what I ate.
I am my own worst enemy with plate size and portions.
But at least I am eating as I should now, takes time but getting used to portion size was the key for me.
Cheers, Tosh :)
