Let ask, how can we challenge the movement process and make it an active part of our daily routine. Most people are like myself, yes, sitting down eight to ten hours a day without physical exercise or movement.
There are several ways or things that we can do to keep moving, and this only just the tip of the iceberg of things to do.
- Stretching
- walking
- running

Medication is key, it is a great way to stabilize your mind in the midst of fear. Meditation have been very effective to work for centuries.
Stretching is awesome, you can do this movement; sitting, walking and lying down.
Walking is a life saver, there are never enough, and running/jogging/ yoga and aerobics are in the running.

I know that when I'm away from WA for a while it's mainly because things seem to be going slowly. That slowness makes me think that I'm not doing things right. Definitely afraid of failure. Thank you for these tips. I'm sure they will help next time.
We all have experienced failure in the same area, so you're not alone. I will be taking a leave soon, and that fear of failure that have been creeping in.
Its all a normal behavior.
