I am still in the process of tackling Site Comtent. Presently, Learning The Content/ Stats & Goals. During the process I am reluctant to accquire new information and data. With all said and done, the most exciting and interesting is the change. I think Group Invention is a great work motivator.
In these individual Groups, everyone has a different prospective about their future endeavors. Team Group Effort is a good way to get the community to interact more with one another.

The ranking is a motivational tool for me to stly on it and get things done. That's all!
I think things are looking great for all three groups. Mainly, the motivation here at WA is awesome. This is a wonderful community. Very helping, uplifting and inspiring.
