I updated GDPR privacy about 2 weeks ago. I have not been actively working / writing posts in our website due to illness. Today I went to Google search console to crawl/googl
I have never had this happen before and it doesn't make any sense. There may be a glitch in the system. You could resubmit your site again but I don't think that would do you any good. I am sorry that I can't any more help to you.
Has the analytics code snippet for any reason been removed from the site?
It can happen through plugin or theme updates.
Check that the code is still placed on your site.
I had to put the verification code again. I found this plug-in "insert headers and footers" and that's where i inserted the code.
Thanks!
Oh no this sounds like a nightmare. I’m guessing once you re verify it will show What has been fetched on your site. I do hope you don’t have to resubmit again. I’m certain if they are already indexed then you shouldn’t have to.
With Grace and Gratitude
Karen
Hi Karen -
Those posts that had been google fetched are still there. Yay! It's so scary when these things happen to neophytes like me, although it teaches me other stuff too, like finding useful plugins.
Thanks!
Gigi
Unfortunately this does happen and especially when there have been changes made.
Even a Wordpress update will do it.
I suggest you verify again.
I had to do it last week as well.
Robert
I did the verification process again and it was successful! All posts that were google fetched previously are still in the list. Whew! I did re-submit the site.
Thank you all for your responses!
No probs, those little things are sent to try us.
Its usually the updates that do it.
Best to check every now and again when those occur.
Onwards and upwards now.
Robert

Why did I lose access to my google search console?

I think with the new added privacy policy is why the system
Reacted to sensitive data.

I love the new look of the WA website. Thank you Carl and Kyle for always improving our experience here.
I am wondering, though, why I can't see the name of the icons
This is just a highlight. There is no text that's supposed to appear in the first place. It's an icon based, text free approach. Personally, I like it: It's clean, and the icons speak for themselves...
Cheers,
chris
Hello Louie-Gigi!
When we hover the arrowhand on them, no text appears. That's the way it's designed.
Just in case it has been a bit difficult for you to find your way around the new WA design, here is an indexed that might help you during this transition period. This index contains all the popular WA features and you can go to them by clicking on their name. Take a look at it: Finding your way around the new Wealthy Affiliate design – Index for members accustomed to the old design
I have also encounter the same as you. I think that the names are not generated. But if you click the icon, once it opens you are able to see the title. Good luck,Jorge
I believe what you are looking for is Alt Text. It is the text that pops up when you hover your curser above a pic or a link (icon). I am experiencing it as well. Perhaps just got left out of the scripts?
They said it doesn't contain any text. As long as that's the way it's supposed to be :-) Thanks!

Hi everyone!
Can someone please show me the link of Kyle's video on how to create CSS3 button generator?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Gigi
I'm sure that Loes has some info on creating buttons. Her website is https://workathomefuture.com/
I use the MaxButtons plugin.
Thanks for asking that question guys because now I have the answer also.
Tried and True
Elaine
I'm not sure it exists any longer. I searched all of his content and the entire site using multiple keywords and nothing was found. The only thing I remember recently was in the first phase of affiliate boot camp (lesson 9) when he talks about creating your WA review, but I don't think that's what you are looking for.
I couldn't find it either. I remember watching it recently but could not find it anywhere. But thanks.

Hello. Hope you can help us. We got this message below from Google Webmaster:
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 1 new Index coverage relat
Good question and good discussion. I always wondered why. The training said do it so I did but I always wondered why, and now I know. Thanks Marion!
Tried and true
Elaine
Marion is right and I'm also thinking about posts that were deleted or moved to other sites. Posts submitted for sitemaps and are deleted will cause an issue related to indexing.
This is most likely a page that you have chosen to not be indexed, such as your Privacy Policy. If this is the case there is nothing to fix.
Yes, that's why we make certain pages "noindex", so they don't get indexed. We don't want pages that are basically duplicate content to get indexed and drag down the rest of the site.
Thanks, Marion!
I don't get it, though. If we checked off NoIndex for the Privacy Policy, then why is Google even trying to index if?
Because you've got a link pointing to it. Probably in your menu. And Google crawls every link.

What does "index coverage related issue" mean?

Can someone please teach us how to quickly find our posts' Google ranking?
Thanks in advance for your help.
If you've set up Google search console it will tell which keywords you are ranking for, impressions, click through rate and avg ranking.
The only reliable way I know is doing manually. You just set up the preferences of search in your window to get 100 results each time and then you can use the specific search box of your operating system to look for the title of your post. That would be a gross but certain way to identify the position of your post under a particular keyword, because remember, if you use another keyword the position could change. I hope this helps.
